Mary T. McGinn

Paintings Conservator and Adjunct Associate Professor

Mary graduated from the Winterthur/University of Delaware Program in Art Conservation in 1994 with a specialization in paintings conservation and a strong proclivity to and interest in conservation science and research. Following a variety of post-graduate museum internships, Mary established a very successful private practice in paintings conservation in 1997. In July of 2006 Mary was hired as Paintings Conservator at Winterthur where she is responsible for the examination, treatment, and care of paintings and painted decorative surfaces in the collection.
