The Heritage Conservation Centre would like to invite interested applicants for this internship opportunity for practical hands-on experience in one of the Centre’s four areas of specialisation: objects, paintings, paper, and textiles.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Interns will undertake a project based on their interests and skills and the needs and capabilities of HCC. At the end of the internship period, the intern is expected to submit a written report and deliver a presentation of their work.
Required Qualifications/Skills:
This internship is open to individuals who are currently enrolled in a cultural materials conservation and / or similar course, or have a relevant degree in conservation or have at least 2 years of practical experience in a museum - based conservation field.
